Biography
MSc in Agronomy and Information Technologies, he has been working on distributed information systems for 11 years: precision farming then environmental information systems He was involved in the French Water Information System technical secretariat for 6 years and WISE Technical Group. He co-facilitated Inspire Environmental Monitoring Facilities theme and was a member of Inspire D2.9 (O&M + SWE) group. He now works for BRGM (French Geological Survey) in which he coordinates the scientific programme on Enterprise Architecture and Geoscientific information exchange standardisation. Active member of the OGC Hydrology DWG (WaterML2.0, GroundWaterML2,...), he is also involved in Inspire Maintenance (ex: MIWP-7a/Extension of Download Service TG for observation).
