Biography
Alexander Kotsev has over 13 years of international experience in the geospatial sector, in research and education, as well as the design and implementation of geospatial information systems through the use of open source technology. He holds a PhD from the University of Sofia. His research interests are in the field of service oriented architectures, geospatial data management and GIS, interoperability, Internet of things, and the sensor web.
