Biography
Dr. Ingo Baumann is partner of BHO Legal, a boutique law firm based in Cologne, Germany. Ingo has wide experience in legal aspects of space, GNSS, and geo-information industries. Before establishing BHO Legal, Ingo has been legal advisor within the German Aerospace Centre (DLR), Head of the DLR Galileo Project Office and CEO of the DLR operating company for the German Galileo Control Centre. He is advising institutions and companies involved in the European GNSS, GMES/Copernicus and other major European space and high-technology programmes. Ingo is member of the International Institute of Space Law, the European Centre for Space Law, the Space Law Committee of the International Bar Association and regular organizer of conferences and sessions on legal issues for space, GNSS and geospatial industries.
