Biography
Fernando Ceballos Zuniga-Rodriguez, architect, landscape and urban planning expert, working in this area since 1985 with different responsibility degrees. Techical Derector at the Cartographic and Spatial Information Center of Extremadura (2007-2011), member of Spatial Data Infrastructure Working Group of Spain (GTIDEE) since 2004, projector, developer and administrative person in charge of border projects with Portugal since 1997.
