Biography
Ilkka Rinne is the Founder and CTO of Spatineo Inc, a European start-up company providing tools for technical monitoring and performance testing of Geospatial Web Services. His background is in computer science and user experience design, and he's been involved in OGC and INSPIRE related projects since 2008. Mr. Rinne is an active member in several INSPIRE expert groups and a frequent presenter and facilitator in SDI related conferences and workshops. He facilitated a workshop and a report for the EU Commission's Joint Research Centre on improving INSPIRE validation & conformity testing in early 2015.
