Directive INSPIRE lays down general rules for the establishment of the Infrastructure for Spatial Information and the Member States are required to establish and operate a network of services for the spatial data sets and services in accordance with that Directive. In this regard, the National Center for Geographic Information (CNIG) is provided the following INSPIRE download services and Inspire view services comply with the Technical Guidance for the implementation of Inspire Download and View Services respectively. INSPIRE download services, WFS 2.0, are created on the themes Addresses, Administrative Units, Geographical Names, Hydrography and Transport Networks. INSPIRE view services are developed in agreement with two standards, WMS 1.3.0 and WMTS 1.0.0 on the same themes that WFS and others as orthoimagery, terrain data model, etc. In this paper, we describe briefly the problems and resolutions found among the technologies available to develop the services as GeoServer, MapServer, Degree and ArcGis for INSPIRE and a list the difficulties implementing the technical guidelines INSPIRE (layers, portrayal, creation tiles, application scheme..) and the Implementing Rules for View and Download services. It collates several significant findings and recommendations.
