Biography
Humanitarian professional with extensive experience (8 years +) involved in emergency responses to displaced populations in complex emergencies such as conflicts / post-conflict settings (mainly sub-saharian Africa and Middle East) and situations of disasters associated with natural hazards. Within REACH, since 2012, Vincent is responsible for the global coordination of reach operations and partnerships in long term operations as well as for rapid deployments, both at field and global level. Vincent holds a MA in International Sciences and Diplomacy and a MA in Peacekeeping Management at the University of Turin (Italy).
