Abstract
Cadastre: Vision for the Future - The Impact of New Dimensions

Cadastral systems will in the future promote new forms of representation that use mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets more than desktop computer. This change of "device" is central because tomorrow it will be the land itself that may give indications of places, actions and information. It should be said that once the Smartphone will set the country (- Internet of Things - ) in its objective algorithms then come on and therefore calculation to determine the adequate representation fetching in bases near and far all data relevant information. Why not algorithms and simple queries? Because with the data sought is will operate all kinds of calculation and interpretation of new representations and therefore, no need to ask (query) everything will contextually (semantic web) come to you. Somehow, territory will tell us what to see ( like geo-location tracking and comparative identification) and then (re)build on the device and available to the desired representation. For example, 3D villa: I want to build one on a land that I am currently trying to acquire will be visible in the real environment with trees, hills , rivers, etc. or an other example could be a representation in real time and multi-dimension of a new multi-nodal junction (with several means of transport like train, tram, car, bike paths, sidewalks, etc. ) that officials of Planning seeking to build. This is the future , " the real-time in a very virtual environment.
