Works as Regional Program Manager of Mountain Environment Regional Information System (MENRIS) and coordinator of SERVIR-Himalaya at ICIMOD. He has over 20years' experience in spatial data infrastructure, decision support systems, and GIS and remote sensing applications in relation to natural resources, biodiversity, conservation planning, and protected area management.
