Biography
Mr Stefano Piffer, is R&D Lab manager at Trilogissrl and has a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering(cum laude) from the faculty of Engineering of the University of Trento. In the past he has worked for UNITN, CREATE-NET, TRIENTNET and GRAPHITECH. He has almost 10 yrsexperiencein International RTD projects in different domains like remote sensing, antennas design, computer vision, service oriented architectures, geographical web services and location-based services. Mr Piffer has several years? long experience in the technical and development aspect in Local, National and EU-funded projects. He is currently project manager and technical manager of industrial projects in the domain of geographical information management and real time indoor/outdoor localisation. He is also the technical manager of the i-locate ICT-PSP pilot B project (www.i-locate.eu).
