Biography
Mr. Cheng Xiaoyang founded Beijing Space Eye Innovation Technology co., LTD. (BSEI) in 2005. Background of geospatial and remote sensing plus more than 15 year experience made BSEI a dynamic, enthusiastic, and professional team to be able to work with partners, customers, all over the world. He is also the executive director of Chinese Society for Surveying , Mapping & Geoinformation, he has a deep understanding of remote sensing industry in China.
