Biography
Clemens Portele is a senior expert in the fields of modelling geospatial information, SDI architectures and the standardisation in ISO/TC 211 / the Open Geospatial Consortium. He has been contributing to INSPIRE for more than 10 years (e.g., as chair of the Data Specifications Drafting Team) and has been involved in the implementation of INSPIRE in projects on state, national and European level. His work focusses on solutions that simplify the implementation and use of rich geospatial data sets and models.
