Biography
Giuseppe Sgorbati is the Technical and Scientific Director of Regional Environment Protection Agency (ARPA) Lombardy (Italy). Under his coordination, ARPA Lombardy is developing Remote Sensing and Earth Observation techniques on Environmental Surveillance and Inspection; he is also leading programs for the management of Environmental Information in the framework of Risk Analysis Tools development aimed at Inspections Programming. He is also member of European Union Network for Implementation and Enforcement of Environmental Law (IMPEL) in which he is Water and Land Expert Team Leader. He is a Phisicist and he is Adjunct Professor in Electromagnetic Fields at Milano Bicocca Univesity.
