Biography Adam Daniel Nagy started working as legal expert for the Hungarian Rural Development Agency in 2004, involved in implementing the Hungarian agricultural support system with a strong reliance on spatial identification of land parcels. In 2007 he joined the ranks of the European Commission, DG ENV as a legal policy officer in the, mainly engaged in Aarhus-related matters to give a push to EU environmental democracy and (as "the fish cannot go to court") facilitating broader access rights to citizens and NGOs. As of 2014 he is in charge of INSPIRE implementation as a legal-policy expert contributing to the role played by the Commission as ‘Guardian of the Treaties
