Biography
Consulting from strategy to practice in ICT, data and geospatial information systems, with over 40 years experience in private sector, public sector and consulting organisations. Architect and adviser on the European Commission's European Union Location Framework project after leading the UK's implementation of INSPIRE, which was carried out in the context of the government's open data initiative. Programme and project manager with extensive multi-national experience in transport, energy, insurance, consumer products, pharmaceuticals and aerospace. Successfully delivered business innovation and value, often where different organisations need to be brought together to achieve a common goal.
