This is a multi-dimensional approach that applies: geo-enrichment attributes to all relevant data, deploying an ESRI analytics platform and BLE indoor beacons. Combined these technologies will provide a comprehensive approach to identifying the locations, human interactions and resources across the organization.
All location data related to patients, health plan members, physicians and employees stored on a Cloudera Data Lake using Microsoft Azure will be enriched with longitude-latitude, FIPS codes, What 3 Words and Google places.
A parallel project is in place to inventory all physical locations, discrete entrances, defined parking and points-of-interest. To semantically normalize variations of facilities names, acronyms and services a taxonomy is being developed to enable natural language search and speech recognition.
BLE beacons are being installed in facilities to map internal service locations, support way finding and enhanced customer communications. Utilizing an RDF Knowledge Graph to link Geospatial with clinical and business data will provide a robust environment for AI, personalized services, operational efficiencies, emergency management and epidemiological applications.
