Biography

Abdelali Taouss, CEO of Geosphere Company located in Rabat, Morocco, is a seasoned international land consultant with large expertise in GIS. Holder of an engineering degree in surveying, then a PhD in GIS, he has more than 20 years of experience in both the public and private sector, he has extensive knowledge in the field of land administration, including cadastre, environment, agriculture, urban and rural development, and the implementation of new geospatial technologies in many countries in Africa. He is well-versed in both the governance and technical aspects of land administration and has played an active role in various projects in this field. Throughout his career, Taouss is also specialized in the conduct of digital transformation projects in the areas of land management and governance of teritory.
