Keeping you safe at GWF 2021

We require all attendees to be fully-vaccinated to attend GWF 2021. Working closely with Taets Art and Event Park, we will follow the measures announced by the Dutch government to ensure the safety of all delegates and staff.

Attendees and staff wellbeing is our top priority

 

Full
vaccination

Official vaccine certificates or a negative Covid-19 test result will be required to attend the event.

Social
distancing

Venue will follow the national 1.5m distancing rule and industry guidance on crowd density, stand capacity and traffic flow.

Personal
hygiene

Attendees are required to wear a protective face mask at the event and hand sanitizer will be available throughout.

Event
hygiene

The entire venue and conference equipment will be disinfected regularly, and all activities will be done as contactless as possible.

Training

The support staff and organizing staff members will be trained in health and safety guidelines.

 

We will adhere to safety guidelines by:

  • Partnering with the Dutch and Amsterdam city governments
  • Taking expert advice and health and safety direction from the WHO, scientific research, health and safety experts and the Dutch health authorities
  • Collaborating with key partners and exhibitors

A safer way to connect at GWF 2021

We all play a part in the safety of this event. Here are some of the health and safety measures that exhibitors and attendees will need to follow:

Social distancing and traffic flows

  • Social distancing consistent with local guidelines, currently of 1.5m, will be in force
  • All event spaces will ensure a crowd density of no less than 2.5m² per person
  • Exhibitors must observe strict stand capacity, flow requirements and stand design adjustments

Personal protective equipment

  • Protective face masks will be mandatory

Hygiene

  • Contactless entry, information points and registration
  • Hand sanitizer will be widely available
  • Enhanced cleaning measures will be implemented throughout the venue
  • Stands will be frequently cleaned and disinfected
  • Hands must be sanitized before and after handling products or materials
  • Specific sterilization regimes will be in place for audio-visual equipment

Training

  • Exhibitors must ensure that all staff and contractors have received, as a minimum, training in the health and safety guidelines and rules provided
