Gladis Araujo is a Global business leader with over 25 years of delivering continuous improvement, operational excellence and cost optimization on four continents in the end to end supply chain field. Experienced leader in starting up operations in new markets, merges, acquisitions, major re-organizations and turnovers, nearshoring, and building/leading cross-cultural teams.

Gladis Araujo has been acknowledge by the Global Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia as "2018 and 2019 Top Women Inspiring Humanity Award" for her contributions to her communities and recently by the Tecnologico de Monterrey as 2021 Top Tech Woman Award in Transformational Power.
