Biography

Marek Suchocki is Head of Industry Associations Strategy at Autodesk coordinating engagements with key professional associations, industry organisations and standards bodies globally. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering, is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered IT Professional, Fellow of BCS, Fellow of ICE and Fellow of CICES. He sits on the CICES Council of Management and Geospatial Engineering Practices Committee, is Vice-Chair of the Technology Group of nima (previously known as the UK BIM Alliance) and is on the British Standards B555 committee where he is the nominated representative to CEN (European Standards Committee) for Common Data Environments (CDE), BIM for Infrastructure and IOT/1 Digital Twin mirror committee. He is also part of the buildingSMART UK & Ireland Management Committee as well as the International Infrastructure Room Steering Committee where he is Chair of their Project Steering Committee.
