BiographyDr ( c ) Figueiredo has participated In the last two years for the GEOSTAT 4 project, particularly in the WP3 subproject on statistical-geospatial quality within the statistical production process for geospatial statistics. His pregraduate education includes a Bachelors Degree in Geography and Regional Planning and he has also a postgraduate as Master in Urbanism and Spatial Planning with Studies in Science and Geographic Information Systems (GIS science). He manages Statistics and he is a GIS Specialist at Statistics Portugal since 2016. He is currently working at the Geo-Information Unit in the Methodology and IT Department. Currently, he is undertaking a PhD programme in Geography focusing on statistical and geospatial data integration for policy-making.
