BiographyGerhard is a partner at BHO Legal, a boutique law firm based in Cologne and Munich, Germany. He has wide experience in legal aspects in the IT, e-commerce, data protection, geospatial, Earth observation, satellite navigation and UAV sectors. Before joining BHO Legal in 2014, he spent several years as attorney-at-law for one of the biggest German law firms in the area of IT, telecoms and data protection law. Gerhard studied law at the University of Cologne. He is a certified Data Protection Officer and regularly provides seminars and training in the fields of IT procurement, data protection, geospatial law, agile contracts and KPI/SLA-based contracts.
