BiographyTim has worked in conflict affected states his whole career, using GIS and remote sensing to answer difficult questions and provide critical insights. He started his career in the British Army as a terrain analyst, providing advice on how the landscape and equipment capabilities effected operations. He is now the Chief Operating Officer for Alcis, a geographic information services company, and oversees the team’s work using data, technology and analysis to supporting international development projects globally.
