BiographyDr. Manali Kumar is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of St Gallen in Switzerland, and the Editor-in-Chief of 9DASHLINE, an independent platform covering politics around the Indo-Pacific. Previously, she has worked as an integrity risk consultant, and as a foresight consultant for the Indian Ministries of Defense and External Affairs. She received her PhD in Political Science from the National University of Singapore.
