BiographyKaushik's acumen in utilising new technologies and creating business solutions has provided him a purpose in life that is to build great products and services for end-users. He continues to design and build solutions with sole emphasis on understanding the end-to-end customer process, establish the design workflow and narrate the solution via the process story. As part of his accomplishments, he has been invited by many organisations to provide thought-leaderships and case examples on how to drive this change. He has been invited as keynote speaker across conferences held on subjects such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Big-Data Analytics, Cloud computing and Supply-chain analytics. Recently, in October 2018, he was awarded CIPS Young Supply-Chain Professional of the Year for his contribution in supply-chain analytics & digital automation. In Ecolab, he heads the Business Intelligence & Digital Division influencing Ecolabs Operations via advanced analytics, digital technologies and BI Solutions.
