BiographyRonald studied at the Royal Military Academy and has a degree in civil engineering.

Besides his career as military engineer in the Armed Forces, including several missions abroad, he worked as a consultant in disaster assessment and emergency preparedness and as a liaison officer at the Urban Search and Rescue Team. After his command of the Defence Geographic Agency he became in 2018 the Geo Information Officer and advisor of the Chief of the Armed Forces.
