BiographyAir Vice-Marshal Bruce Hedley is a transformational leader with a global record for solving challenging problems. He was responsible for development, exercising and evaluation of the UK Armed Forces to assure against current and future threats. He shaped the Future Force Concept with Cyber and Space as separate domains to Sea, Land and Air, binding them together with information to achieve greater influence. This has fundamentally shifted UK Defence to be more synergistic and integrated with Other Government Departments, Intelligence services and Coalition members. He designed and delivered the jHub innovation capability, enabling relevant technologies to be inserted at pace.
