BiographyHe holds several degrees, in Geodesy (Delft), Business Management (Groningen) and an MBA (Enschede). He has been working for the Ministry of Defense National Mapping Agency from 1988 until 2004 in several positions. Joined the Kadaster and worked in several management positions. His current challenge is leading a big program at Kadaster, concerning the implementation of a complex digital system to support the new Environmental- end Spatial Planning Act from 2021. Operating in a large stakeholder field, seeking alliances with other govenrmental agency, a job well fit. Furthermore he is a member of the programboard of the EuroGeograpics ELS program and a member of North-European Digital Planning group.
