BiographyWith a doctorate in Law, and having held various positions in the areas of International Procurement and Space Policy at the European Space Agency (ESA), Thomas Beer has been the Policy Coordinator in the Copernicus Space Office based in Rome since 2008. Thomas is regularly involved in the coordination of the Copernicus Masters and frequently supports the outreach of the competition with presentations throughout Europe.
