BiographyPeter Rabley is venture partner at Omidyar Network, where he invests in property rights globally. He has more than 25 years of experience in the property rights field as a successful entrepreneur, business leader, and technologist.

Before joining Omidyar Network, Peter founded and led International Land Systems, which was acquired by Thomson Reuters. He subsequently served as vice president for global business development and strategy for the tax and accounting government division at Thomson Reuters. He began his career implementing some of the earliest GIS/LIS into U.S. metropolitan governments and served as the director of GIS/LIS at PADCO.

Peter graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in economics and geography, as well as a master’s degree in geography.
