BiographySudharshan Mednikar is the Managing Director of MTD Products India Pvt. Ltd. ( a group company of MTD Products Inc., USA) , in-charge of managing the business in the South Asian countries. MTD, with its headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio, USA is one of the worlds largest manufacturer of outdoor power equipment and motorized gardening tools with its facilities in Europe, North America, Asia, Australia and South America. In India, MTD has been increasingly focusing on bringing out innovative solutions in agriculture mechanization that would help solve the problems of small and marginal farmers.

Sudharshan, in the past, has served in various leadership roles in renown companies, after completing his education in Engineering and Management from University of Madras, XIME-Bangalore and IIM-Ahmedabad. He also serves as the Vice-President of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers Association, Maharashtra, India.
