BiographyDr. Bart Adams is Head of Products & Innovation at Luciad, a high-tech Leuven-based software company that is in the business of helping its customers make sense out of geo-spatial data. He holds an MSc and Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Leuven and was a post-doctoral researcher at Stanford University before joining Luciad. At Luciad, he heads the Product Management & Innovation Division which is responsible for product roadmap evolution and research & innovation.Abstract IoT & AI: Accelerating Insight Using Data Driven Visual AnalysisMore sensors, more satellites, more point clouds, more data. Getting more value out of all this data is the biggest challenge that users and operations are currently facing. Luciads mission is to turn everyone into both a data manager and a data user. The time from sensor to user needs to be reduced and users need to be able to easily work with diverse data in operational systems. In this keynote, Luciads Head of Products & Innovation will explain how Luciad is executing this mission through its zero/low preprocessing server solution, LuciadFusion, and its flexible application platforms.
