BiographyCheng Xiaoyang, Global Data Business Director of 21AT Asia, senior engineer, Bachelor from Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping in 1995 and EMBA from Beijing University in 2013, more than 20 years satellite imagery business experience.Abstract TripleSat Constellation Terminal (TSCT) and Data Delivery and Management System (DDMS)With the increase of different sensors, applications and customers, the demands from data providers and users is for a new geospatial model, which supports low cost, high dexterity, and which would provide a comprehensive service. Based on such requirements and demands, the 21AT TripleSat Constellation Terminal (TSCT) and Data Delivery and Management System (DDMS) have been developed by a high-tech enterprise, Twenty First Century Aerospace Technology (Asia) Pte. Ltd.(21AT Asia). The company is the commercial Earth observation satellite operator and service provider in Singapore. This new geospatial model allows the user to directly access multi-source satellite data, manage their data order, carryout automatic massive data production and delivery. The solution also implements safe and hierarchical user management, statistical data analysis and automatic information reports. In addition, a mobile application is also available for users’ easily access system functions. This new geo-spatial solution has already been successfully applied and installed in many customer sites, and is now available globally for international clients interested in fast geo-spatial solutions. It enables the success of customer’s operational services. Besides providing TripleSat Constellation images, the multi-source data access system also allows the users to access other satellite data sources, based on customized agreement.
