INTRODUCTION

National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC) is the premier organization for acquisition, processing, archival, dissemination of satellite/aerial data and its applications in national development. The User Interaction Meet (UIM) aims to provide insight into NRSC's activities and is a platform for interaction amongst the user community. User Interaction Meet 2017 aims to bring together the geospatial user community to share their experiences, and to apprise them about the current and potential applications, introduction of new products and services of the National Remote Sensing Centre. This serves as an important forum for NRSC to get feedback on the data, its quality and new requirements, which will be an input to the future missions.
