Biography
Gerhard Deiters is partner of BHO Legal, a boutique law firm based in Cologne and Munich, Germany. He has wide experience in legal aspects in IT, e-commerce, data protection, and geospatial, industries. Gerhard Deiters studied law at the University of Cologne. Before joining BHO Legal in January 2014, he worked for several years as Attorney-at-law for one of the biggest German law firms in the area of IT, Telecoms and Data Protection law. Gerhard regularly provides seminars and trainings on IT procurement, geospatial law, agile contracts and KPI/SLA-based contracts.
