Biography
Arjen Frentz (1961) is Deputy Director of Vewin, the association of the water companies in the Netherlands. Vewin?s core activity is to represent the common interests of its members in The Hague and Brussels (politics and civil services). Also he is Executive Committee member of EurEau and Chair of EurEau Commission 1 on Drinking Water. EurEau is the representative organisation of the drinking water and waste water services in Europe. Arjen Frentz studied Business Economics at the University of Groningen. Prior to his career with Vewin (2001) he gained experience as policy researcher ?environmental sustainability? and ?environmental policy and business? for Dutch governmental departments. At the Chamber of Commerce of Rotterdam he was involved with many business activities.
