Public safety, a program carried out or promoted for public purposes. This involves, directly or indirectly, the prevention of, protection from, and/or response to natural or man made events that could endanger the safety or security of people or property in a given area.

The theme will focus on:

• geospatial solutions for law enforcement, fire, homeland security, and emergency management
• focus on workflow: mobile response, incident analysis, simulated disaster mapping, and more.
• discuss data management, planning and analysis, citizen engagement, field mobility, and situational awareness.
