BiographyGavin Yu, Doctor of engineering, currently works as Product Director of Hi-Cloud, a subsidiary of Hi-Target Group.
Doctor Yu is an expert on cartography and geographic information engineering, GIS, photogrammetry and remote sensing, his researches mainly involves smart location service, laser point-cloud data and street landscape, which are at the forefront of surveying industry study, he also released 15 academic essays on famous and reputed publications like Remote Sensing and Optical Engineering and international conference like ISPRS/CGC and Geoinformatics Abstract Application of MMS in Highway Reconstruction and Expansion 3D laser scanner is another technology revolution after GPS technology. And mobile mapping system is becoming more and more popular in highway reconstruction and expansion because of its manuver, high efficiency and high accuracy. It can reduce outside work time greatly and give more information about highways.
Based on lidar, IMU and GNSS, Hi-Target mobile mapping system is aiming to not only provide hardware and software but also solutions so that our customers can get a full range of services.
