Biography
In the past, I worked for the GIS department in a major City in France and for a GIS development company in Belgium. Since 15 years, I am responsible for the GIS components of the integrated dispatching system for the Belgian emergency services at Astrid NV/SA. Astrid is a company owned by the Belgian Government. Our users are defined by the laws and our mission is to modernize and manage the information and communication technologies for all emergency services in our country.
