Cancellation and Substitution Policy:
In case registered participant is unable to attend due to some reason, she/he may send his substitute to attend the conference. She/he must inform the secretariat latest by 1st November 2010. If registered participant is unable to attend the conference and wants refund of registration fee, she/he may do so and claim back 50% of registration fee latest by 30th October 2010
