With the expansion of geospatial technologies in
multiple walks of life, it is important that they are equally
recognized to aid socio-economic development
interventions of various development agencies. The
experts at these agencies in domain areas such as
agriculture, rural infrastructure, water resources
management, and the like, should understand and keep
themselves abreast with the usage of geospatial
technologies in their respective domains and
communicate the applicability to partners further. The
